Srixon Golf Balls aid Seniors

Srixon, one of the world’s fastest growing manufacturers of golf balls and equipment, has been named as the Official Ball Supplier to the European Seniors Tour in 2008. Senior Tour Members will benefit from the use of Srixon’s SoftFeel balls on practice ranges at all events on the 2008 Schedule. Several of the leading Seniors Tour players already use Srixon golf balls, including Carl Mason, the European Seniors Tour all-time leading career money earner and winner of the 2007 Order of Merit. Srixon’s success continued with Irishman Peter Lawrie’s victory in the recent Open de España on the European Tour using the Srixon Z-URS ball, which took the company’s international victories this season to seven. Now the world’s fourth biggest golf company, Srixon had a 30 per cent growth in sales last year. It first became the Official Ball Supplier to the Seniors Tour in the 2000 season and provided range balls until 2006.
